One Year

One year ago today, I was getting my hair done in a ghetto salon that had never seen so many white girls at once :)

Everyone keeps commenting to me that the past year has flown by, but I don't really feel that way. It seems like we've been married forever. Not in a long, drug out, never-ending sort of way, but more like I can't remember life without Kory and we have packed a TON of great memories into what is only the first year of many, God-willing.

In our first year of marriage, we have moved to a new town, started worshipping with a new church family, Kory has started a new job, we bought a house and a car and a dog (all in one month), gone home to see family once, traveled to Canada and many places all over Oregon, made great new friends, and shared more love and happiness than I ever dreamed possible.

I had several blog ideas for doing a recap of our first year or doing pictures of our favorite events in our first year of marriage, but I decided the best thing I can do is get off this computer and go spend time with my husband!!
